Nouveau
Riche, an affiliated company of RME that sells real
estate educational products, recently discovered that although
its sales of real estate educational seminars had climbed
dramatically, the number of participants who actually put
their knowledge into action and invested in properties was
just a small fraction of the total number of participants.
In a survey of participants, Nouveau Riche discovered that
the main reasons that participants failed to act was lack
of time and fear. The survey showed that every participant
believed real estate investing would help them meet their
financial, investment, and retirement goals but the majority
felt that they lacked the time, confidence, or knowledge
to find valuable real estate investments on their own.
