Franchisees View Franchises as Successful
RME has chosen the franchise model for the expansion of its business. Franchises have grown in popularity due to the positive reception from consumers and the success enjoyed by so many franchisees.

In a market research study conducted by the Gallup Organization, franchise owners said the following:

• More than nine of ten franchise owners said that they considered their franchise to be somewhat or very successful.
• Nine out of ten respondents’ expectations were exceeded (18 percent), mostly met (48 percent), or somewhat met (24 percent).
• Nearly six of ten said that they had worked more hours as the owner of the franchise than they had in other businesses they’d owned or operated or on other jobs they’d held.
• On average, respondents reported their annual gross income (the amount of money remaining after expenses are paid but before paying taxes) as franchise owners was $91,630.

Two of three respondents felt that they would not have been as successful if they had tried to open the same business on their own. Nearly two-thirds said that they would buy or invest in the same franchise again if they had the opportunity.
