Steve Taplin is a proven star in the field of sales, marketing, and management. His career began in 1997, immediately after graduating from college with his first degree in Management Information Systems. Joining IBM, Steve quickly rose to the top, finishing no lower than 6th in sales performance amongst a sales force that numbered in excess of 350. During his sales career, Steve developed great skill and comfort working directly with CEO's, CFO's, CIO's and other key executives. In 2002, Steve was nominated to enter the IBM Executive Development Program, an honor given to less than 1% of the total IBM work force. While being a top sales leader at IBM, Steve completed his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. Steve's MBA education provided him the opportunity to become a published author, providing contributions to an Entrepreneurial textbook titled, "Entrepreneurship–The Way Ahead", that was released in January 2004.

After an extremely successful relationship with IBM, Steve moved to the entrepreneurial world and joined Nouveau Riche as an Independent Colleague. Concurrently, he started his own business, AZ Investment Property Experts. To properly run this business and diversify his skills as a real estate expert, Steve obtained his real estate license in the state of Arizona.

Steve currently is the President of The Real Market Experts Franchise, Inc.™ This positions Steve to apply his well developed skills to the challenges of directing development, marketing, management, and the roll out of a national real estate investment franchise.
